Oak Class - Bright Sparks

This half term our topic is Bright Sparks. So far we have been very busy. In Science we have been learning about different sources of light and how it travels. We have also been learning about, testing and sorting different types of materials. In art, we have been learning about the famous artist Vincent Van Gogh and have been painting our own versions of his famous painting Starry Night. We have also created owls and rockets using a variety of different materials. We also had a little visitor. The children enjoyed reading their books to the guinea pig.
