As you may have seen on the news most primary schools are returning to school as usual in the new year. Acorns school will be opening as planned on Monday 4th January. The usual staggered drop offs and pick ups will still apply:
Woodlands- 9.10-3.10
Cedar/Elm- 8.50-2.50
Willow/Pine- 8.40-2.40
Ash/Oak- 8.30-2.30
Please continue to observe social distancing and ensure you wear a mask at all times on the school grounds.
The advice is that any pupils (not family members) who are deemed extremely clinically vulnerable remain at home. Please email head@acorns.lancs.sch.uk if this applies to your child or if you need further clarification.
As we enter Tier 4 and with a new quicker spreading strain of COVID now known we ask families to continue to support school to keep our community safe. Please keep your child at home and contact school if your child or a household member is symptomatic.
We look forward to welcoming the pupils back and will continue to work together to ensure everyone's safety.
